Our Adult program is multi-faceted and designed with our adult students' busy schedules in mind. We offer classes to present the maximum benefit to their physical, mental and emotional well-being, while limiting the demands on their time.

Additionally, we offer fitness, dance and yoga classes for prenatal and postpartum mothers. We realize how important it is for moms to maintain their physical, mental and emotional well-being as they support their bodies through the changes of pregnancy and childbirth, and in the time following the birth of their babies. Our adult classes are offered throughout the day. Some classes are offered concurrently with student classes so that parents have the opportunity to take a class at the same time as their child.
