This program is designed with today's busy, growing family in mind. OM strives to offer a comprehensive program that offers parents the ability to exercise their mind and body while bonding with their newborn, infant and child. We also offer fitness, dance and yoga classes for prenatal and postpartum mothers. We realize how important it is for moms to maintain their physical, mental and emotional well-being as they support their bodies through the changes of pregnancy and childbirth, and in the time following the birth of their babies.
