Come share the miraculous process of pregnancy by connecting with your partner and having some fun with yoga. Learn Yoga techniques for a healthy physical and emotional birthing experience.
This class offers poses modified for any trimester and includes poses to be used before during and after birth. Partner Prenatal Yoga can open communications and provide practices for healthy pregnancy: For both of you! Connect with your partner, calm anxiety, and find the confidence you both need for the big day.
