Babies ages 6 weeks – 2.5 years are invited to join us with their momma’s as we learn and grow together in Mommy and Me Dance! We focus on introducing babies to music, rhythm, and movement while giving moms the ability to rebuild post-partum strength, balance, coordination and stamina in a fun, nurturing, environment — all while bonding with your baby! Different genres of dance are covered including ballet, modern and jazz as well as spending time playing with puppets, silks and natural toys for our babies.

We are proud to be South Florida’s first and premier school for Pound Rockout Workout® classes in South Palm Beach County! Created by Kirsten Potenza and Cristina Peerenboom, Pound is a full-body cardio jam session combining light resistance with constant simulated drumming. The workout fuses cardio, Pilates, isometric movements, plyometics and isometric poses into a 45 minute series. Burn 600-900 calories per hour, strengthen and sculpt infrequently used muscles, and drum your way to a leaner, slimmer physique—all while rocking out to your favorite music!
